Here is a Wash Bowl and Water Pitcher, made in the late 1800's. It's made of Ironstone pottery.
This was probably a "Guest Set" because of the touches of gold and the 1.5 inch pink and gold band around both pieces.

Here is an inside look at the bowl. It is approx. 15" in Diameter and 5" Tall.

In this photo, the Pitcher is on its side. It is approx. 12" Tall and with the handle is approx. 10" inDiameter.

The photo above is a close up of the beautiful soft curls and curves at the top of this Spectacular Pitcher.
There are no chips, or cracks in this set. There is
some loss of gold on the Pitcher, due to light use over the years. This is age appropriate.
